Suture silk 3/0 dyed 3/8 circle (70 cm)

KRUUSE Silk is a natural, non-absorbable, multifilament, sterile silk suture composed of fibroin. This 3/0 dyed suture features a 70 cm strand mounted on a 3/8 circle, 26 mm reverse cutting needle for precise tissue placement. It elicits an initial inflammatory reaction followed by gradual encapsulation by fibrous connective tissue, with more tissue reaction expected compared to synthetic sutures. Suitable for epidermal approximation and indicated for ophthalmic, dental, ligation, neurosurgery, and vascular/cardiovascular surgery. Supplied in a dispenser box of 12 peel packs with a 5-year shelf life from production date.
