The Cislak EX-15/16 is a precision, double-ended veterinary dental instrument designed for dog dental care and cat dental care procedures. Featuring EX-15 (Equivalent #100 Root Elevator) and EX-16 tips in an RTH5 handle, it’s commonly used for removing retained deciduous teeth in dogs and for adult canine tooth extraction in cats. Curved tips in opposing directions provide access to mesial and distal root surfaces, while one-edge serrations on each tip enhance traction and control. Made in the USA of German stainless steel and autoclavable at 135°C/275°F. Lifetime warranty covers faulty material and workmanship; damage from incorrect use or handling is not covered.
