pms-Metoclopramide injection by Pharmascience is a prescription antiemetic solution containing metoclopramide hydrochloride 5 mg/mL. It is indicated as an adjunct in managing delayed gastric emptying associated with subacute and chronic gastritis and the sequelae of surgical operations such as vagotomy and pyloroplasty. It is also indicated for the prophylaxis of vomiting induced by cancer chemotherapeutic regimens that include cisplatin and for the prophylaxis of postoperative vomiting.
