Monofast suture 3/0 dyed 3/8 circle (70 cm)
KRUUSE Monofast is a fast-absorbable synthetic monofilament suture (PGCL) designed for smooth passage through tissue and high tissue compatibility. The violet-dyed 3/0 suture on a 3/8 circle reverse cutting needle offers minimal tissue reaction for soft-tissue approximation and ligation. Absorbed by hydrolysis, it retains about 60% tensile strength at 7 days, 25% at 14 days, and fully absorbs in approximately 90–120 days. Indicated for subcutaneous/intracutaneous suturing, GI surgery, urological surgery, and suturing of oral cavity mucosa; not for procedures requiring prolonged support. Supplied sterile (EO) in 70 cm length with 19 mm, 24 mm, and 26 mm reverse cutting options, packaged in a 1 x 12-peel pack box and suited to veterinary surgical supply and livestock health products catalogs.
