KRUUSE Monofast Plus is a synthetic, absorbable, monofilament, sterile surgical suture composed of polyglycolide-co-caprolactone. Designed for soft-tissue closure, it is suitable for subcutaneous or intradermal suturing, GI surgery, urological surgery, and approximation of oral mucosa such as gingival flaps. This USP 4-0 (EP 1.5) violet suture is 70 cm (27.5 in) in length and paired with a 3/8 circle, reverse cutting 19 mm needle for precise tissue penetration. It features an absorption profile of 90–120 days and comes in a 12/pk, 12-peel pack box with a 3-year shelf life from production.
