Immiticide

Immiticide by Boehringer Ingelheim is a prescription canine heartworm treatment for dogs diagnosed with stabilized Class 1a, 2b, or 3c heartworm disease. Each 50 mg vial contains melarsomine dihydrochloride and is reconstituted with 2 mL sterile water to deliver a 25 mg/mL solution for intramuscular administration. Indicated for infections caused by immature (4‑month‑old, L5) to mature adult Dirofilaria immitis in dogs. Supplied as a 1 x 5‑vial pack for clinic use to support dog health under veterinary care.
